Neil Weaver
I am a landscape photographer who has been photographing Michigan and the Great Lakes for over twenty years. As a native of the Upper Peninsula I was introduced to the state’s beauty at a young age, spending many days with my parents and sisters taking day trips to different areas along the shores of Lakes Superior, Huron and Michigan. Nowadays I travel to every corner of the state but prefer photographing the wildness of the Upper Peninsula. My favorite subjects include lighthouses, waterfalls, and beach scenes, enjoying them in every season. I've been fortunate to have worked with many great people, companies, publishers, and tourism campaigns, including National Geographic, Pure Michigan, Outdoor Photographer Magazine, Vernor's, Field & Stream, and Absopure Water, among others. In 2018 I began co-leading photography workshops along with my talented friend Aubrieta Hope.
